Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 1 mile from the best shopping & dining in downtown Thomasville. The home has an open floor plan so everyone can entertain and enjoy each others company. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances & Keurig K-cup coffee maker and well appointed dining area. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen. The backyard features a propane fireplace as well as a propane grill and plenty of games to relax and unwind while besting your best. The living room has ample seating with a WiFi enabled flat screen. After a night out on the town, rest your head in the King or Queen or bunk room. All bedrooms are equipped with their own WiFi enabled flat screens. ***Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 4 adults. We do require approval for all pets and there is an additional pet fee that would be charged upon approval. Thank you for your understanding and helping us to keep our costs low for other guests.
